I must disagree that animal abuse among the Amish is the exception

While reading about the  young man who shot a horse pulling an Amish buggy…one commenter said something about the animal cruelty of “some” Amish. So, I looked it up and came upon this story.   They are not exempt from the same types of things that plague society in general.
