When did I begin to think some things were possibly “social experiments”?  When the Northeast Blackout happened in August of 2003.  In and of itself …it didn’t make me suspicious. But when Europe also had a blackout in September of 2003 in  I began to wonder… (And now, I will put my tinfoil hat back on the shelf for another day…  And another subject. Lol.)
