Why? Because Jesus likened the signs of His return to birth pangs. When a woman is a few weeks pregnant and she gets a kick it’s like huh,what? But when it’s getting close to delivery time the pains are more frequent and intense and that is exactly what is going on with all of the signs right now. The baby is about to be born.

When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.

And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?
