New Questions on Health Law as Rulings on Subsidies Differ

Two federal appeals court panels issued conflicting rulings Tuesday on whether the government could subsidize health insurance premiums for millions of Americans, raising yet more questions about the future of the health care law four years after it was signed by President Obama.

Personally, I think we can safely change the word “Obamacare” to the “The Never Ending Mess”.

The only left to do is to scrap it.  (Of course, this will never happen.) It’s been four years for Pete’s sake.

The next time that anyone thinks that it’s a good idea to let the power’s that be run anything, remember this is how “they” do things. First they act like there’s a problem and then they attempt to fix it. “They” bit off more than they could chew.
